Cancellation Policy
If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, I will have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. You are still responsible to pay for your booked service if the booked appointment cannot be completed.
Any appointment canceled after 7:00 am the morning of the booked service date will be charged a cancelation fee of 100%. No shows also have a 100% cancelation fee charged.
A card needs to be on file regardless if you have a gift card or a discounted service. If you cancel past the cancelation window you are still responsible for the service cost.
In the event of bad weather: If I am open the appointment still stands. Canceling will result in a cancelation fee.
When booking a consultation/patch test there is no fee charged however a card is still needed on file in the event you cancel after 7:00 am the the morning of the service or do not show up for your appointment a $10 cancelation fee will be charged. Please be aware when booking a consultation it is just a consultation it does not mean I can preform the service if you decide to do it, you will need to book time for that.
Please understand when you don’t show up for your appointment or cancel last minute, that is an appointment time that could have been scheduled for someone else. Don’t hesitate to reach out if needed! Thank you for your understanding and all your support ❤️❤️
